Crispy Oysters
1.
Wash the oysters twice with starch and marinate them with cooking wine and some salt and pepper

Prepare egg liquid and dry starch as shown in the picture. Add some salt to the egg liquid to taste

The marinated oysters are coated with dried starch
4.
Wrap the egg liquid again
5.
Heat the pan and release the oil
6.
Fry the oysters on a small fire when the oil is hot
7.
Fry the yellow one side and then fry the other side
8.
The golden brown on both sides can be out of the pot. It can be eaten with dipping sauce and added according to personal taste.
Tips:
The oysters themselves have a fishy smell. Don't wash them for too long to wash away the smell!
