Crispy Pipa Legs

Wash the drumsticks and score a few knives to make them delicious and deep-fried.

Shred the onion.

Ginger slices.

Ginger, onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, a little salt, and drumsticks, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 20 minutes (the longer the better).
