Crispy Purple Sweet Potato

Prepare ingredients

After peeling and washing the purple sweet potato, cut the purple sweet potato

Put the cut purple sweet potato in a steamer and steam it on high heat for 15 minutes

Tips:
1. The purple sweet potato is easy to be cooked when cut open
2. The purple sweet potato itself is rather dry. Adding milk can increase the milk flavor and viscosity of the purple sweet potato, making it easy to shape.
3. If you like sweet, you can add honey. Honey beans are very sweet. I don’t particularly like to eat things that are too sweet, so I didn’t add honey.
