I like to eat all kinds of old-fashioned desserts. I happened to have some red beans at home, so I tried to make them. It was not very sweet or oily, just one word: crispy and delicious.

5. Add brown sugar to the red beans cooked in the pressure cooker while it is hot. When there is not much brown sugar in our house, I add some white sugar. The mixture of the two sugars also tastes good.

6. Stir the sugar and beans thoroughly and mix into red bean paste. I prefer my chewy, so I just simply stir it, leaving the whole red bean.
