Crispy Red Bean Cake (electric Baking Pan Version)
1.
It’s best to soak the red beans overnight, if you don’t have time, at least two or three hours
2.
Wash the red dates and soak for ten minutes.
3.
Put the soaked red beans and red dates in a pressure cooker and add a bowl and a half of water (ratio of red beans to water 1:1.5)
4.
Put it into the pressure cooker and press the "Bean" button
5.
Add brown sugar to the red beans cooked in the pressure cooker while it is hot. When there is not much brown sugar in our house, I add some white sugar. The mixture of the two sugars also tastes good.
6.
Stir the sugar and beans thoroughly and mix into red bean paste. I prefer my chewy, so I just simply stir it, leaving the whole red bean.
7.
While waiting for the beans to be cooked in the pressure cooker, prepare the flour and add the cooking oil
8.
Hecheng oil noodles
9.
Take another bowl of flour, add water, cooking oil, and stir with chopsticks
10.
This is water and oil noodles
11.
Cover the two mixed noodles with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour
12.
Divide the awake two kinds of dough into equal parts, knead them into strips, roll them flat and stack them together, then roll them up, flatten them, then roll them up, and then roll them into a round shape. It looks so stupid for the first time
13.
Wrap the prepared red bean paste and put some cooking oil on it and let stand for 15 minutes
14.
Pour some oil after the electric baking pan is hot. Just one point is enough, there is already oil in the noodles, close the lid and heat it on both sides
15.
About five minutes later, I turned it over, then covered it and heated it for 5 minutes. When I turned it over, I couldn’t help but taste it.
16.
La la la, out of the pan, you can make crispy and delicious red bean cakes without the oven
