The rice crust is crispy and delicious. It can be eaten directly as a snack, dipped in vegetable soup, or made into rice porridge.

Ingredients

Crispy Rice

1. Leftover rice break up

2. Add oil, pepper, salt and pepper

3. Add black sesame seeds and mix well

4. Put the rice in a fresh-keeping bag and knead it hard to make the rice sticky

5. Then press the rice into thin slices

6. Remove the fresh-keeping bag

7. Oven at 180 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes until the surface is golden
