Crispy Roasted Long Bun

Dissolve the yeast in the milk.

Add another 200 grams of flour and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Use a spatula to scrape off all the flour on the edges, and mix well.

Scrape the surrounding flour again and cover with plastic wrap to ferment.

Put the remaining 120 grams of flour into it.

Put it in the bread machine and knead it until the surface is smooth. If there is no bread machine, knead it by hand to make the surface smooth.
