The leftover steamed buns were dry and hard and no one could eat them. I used them to make salt and pepper steamed bun slices. I didn't expect them to be very popular.

Ingredients

Crispy Salt and Pepper Steamed Buns

1. Prepare two leftover buns.

2. Cut into thin slices.

3. Brush with cooking oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder.

4. Put it into the oven and bake for 8 minutes at 190 degrees.

5. Take it out, turn it over, brush with a layer of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder.

6. Put it into the oven and bake it at 190 degrees for 5 minutes.

7. Let cool, crispy and delicious.
