Crispy Sand Shrimp

Prepare ingredients: 25 prawns, 25 square wonton wrappers.

Cook the prawns and drain off the water. Cut off the tails and prawns.

Wrap the shrimp tightly with wonton wrappers.

Add about 900ml of cooking oil to the pot and heat it up on high heat.

Chop the wrapped shrimps with chopsticks and deep-fry them in a 50% hot oil pan.

Until the skin is golden brown, drain the oil out of the pot.
7.
Mix the bibimbap with soy sauce as the seasoning for this dish and mix well.
8.
When eating, just dip the sauce.
Tips:
When rolling the shrimp, try to roll it tightly. When frying in a frying pan, do not loosen the chopsticks before forming.
