Crispy Sausage Buns

Mix flour with yeast and warm water and knead it into a smooth surface.

Ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size.

Put it on the chopping board and rub it repeatedly to exhaust air.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut them into even small doses.

Knead the small dose into a long strip twice the size of the intestines.

Roll up around crispy intestines.

Put it in the steamer, cover the pot and let it stand for another 20 minutes. (My basket is not sticky. If it is sticky, you need to pad stuff)

Steam in a pot on cold water. After the water is boiled, steam on medium-high heat for about 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Uncover the lid.
