Crispy Scallion Pancakes

Prepare ingredients, flour, shortbread (pour the flour after the lard is heated), hot water, chopped green onion

Stir the shortbread evenly, add the flour into the boiling water and knead into a dough

Roll the kneaded dough into a round shape, add the shortbread and chopped green onion

After being rolled up, cut from the middle of the dough, with the chopped green onion facing outwards, as shown in the picture

Roll into a round cake with a thickness of about 0.5cm

Tips:
Even if the cake is cold, you won’t be unable to bite it with shortbread
Don’t make the noodles too hard, and the soft noodles are delicious (after adding hot water, stir evenly with chopsticks, then knead it into a dough)
After kneading the dough, you can wake up for a while
If you like five flavors, add some five-spice powder when putting green onion
