Crispy Shrimp

Wash the shrimps, add salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and cooking wine to marinate for 15 minutes.

Beat the eggs.

Wrap the marinated shrimps in egg liquid ~ corn starch ~ egg liquid ~ bread crumbs in order, and fry them in a frying pan.
4.
Fry until golden brown and remove.

Edible!
