Crispy Shrimp

Ingredients: sea prawns, crispy fried powder. Seasoning: white radish, light soy sauce, chicken powder

Leave only the shell of the tail section of the shrimp, remove all the rest, and use a toothpick to pick out the tendons of the shrimp intestines and stomach.

Scratch the shrimp's belly a few times, then put the belly down and press the shrimp body with your fingers until the shrimp body is straightened.

Mix the crispy fried powder with appropriate amount of water to make a paste for later use.

The shrimp is coated with cornstarch.

Shake off the excess cornstarch, coat it with a layer of crispy fried paste, and shake off the excess batter.

Put it in the frying pan, fry it until golden brown, and then remove it. (Flip twice in the middle, remove it and place it on absorbent paper or ordinary paper towel)
