Crispy Small Twist

Mix the dough with water to form a white dough. Live into yellow dough with eggs and oil. Then the two doughs are mixed and kneaded into a uniform dough. This step is more laborious.

Roll into a dough cake of about 0.5 cm.

Cut into even long strips.

Roll into thin strips and twist into twists. This step is technical and time-consuming. I missed taking pictures.

Put it in a frying pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

It is very crisp and fragrant after cooling. If you want to eat hard, just mix the noodles with water, and add more oil if you want to make it crispy. The recipe I used to refer to is both oil and water, which is quite good. According to personal preference, sugar or salt can be added.
