Crispy Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients are ready; cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic

Mix the green onion, ginger, garlic and chicken wing root, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, honey, sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper powder and mix well, then put it in the refrigerator overnight (you should also pickle if you don’t have time 2 hours or more)

Place the marinated chicken wings in a baking tray, bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out, brush with a layer of sauce, turn over and bake for 15 minutes; after baking, take out and sprinkle with a little chili powder
