Crispy Spicy Chicken Gizzards

Wash the chicken gizzards with salt, tear off the yellow film and white tendons on the surface, drain the water, and cut into small pieces.

Boil the water in the pot and add a little cooking wine, add the chicken gizzard slices to blanch, wait for the water to boil again to remove the chicken gizzards.

Rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.

Cut the green and red pepper into circles, and cut the mustard tuber into small pieces for later use.

Put a proper amount of oil on the pot to heat up, add garlic slices and saute; pour in the chicken gizzards and stir-fry a few times quickly.
