Crispy Tofu

Wash the tofu, drain the water, and cut into small pieces.

Beat the eggs.

Put the cut tofu into a bowl and coat it with egg liquid evenly.

Add oil to the pan, heat it up over high heat, add the tofu coated in egg liquid and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Turn it over and fry the tofu on medium heat until golden brown. Then turn off the heat.

Finely chop the chives, garlic, and millet pepper, and put in a bowl.

Pour in the hot oil, then pour in the soy sauce and stir evenly, the dipping sauce is complete.
