The freshly fried rot is wrapped in a crispy shell and topped with a layer of sweet and sour tomato sauce. After a bite, it is tender on the outside and tender on the inside. It is quite delicious. "

Crispy Tofu in Tomato Sauce

1. Cut the tofu into large pieces about 5 mm thick.

2. Dip each slice with starch and set aside.

3. Fry into the frying pan until golden brown.

4. Remove the oil after frying.

5. Pour out all the oil, pour in about two tablespoons of tomato sauce, spoon on sugar, add a little salt, and boil until thick.

6. Pour the juice quickly into the tofu and serve.

Tips:

1. Before making tofu, drain the water in advance, so that the slices are not easy to break.

2. Don't use flour instead of starch, so the crispiness of fried tofu will be different.
