Crown Loaf

Put all the ingredients except butter in the bread machine and stir for 20 minutes before adding the butter

Continue to stir until it becomes smooth and can pull out a slightly transparent film-like dough, and put it in a container to ferment to 2.5 times its size.

After the dough is vented, first divide a 200 g piece of dough, roll it round, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes.

Divide the remaining dough into 8 equal parts, round and loosen.

Brush a 9-inch or 10-inch pizza pan with a layer of oil and sprinkle with a layer of high powder.

A small round bowl is inverted in the middle and set aside.

Roll out 200 grams of dough into 20-30 cm round pieces.

Cover the disc on the small bowl. The disc is larger than the small bowl, so leave one side at the bottom.

Place 8 small dough pieces that have been loosened around the dough pieces.

Use a knife to cut the noodles on the bowl with 8 blades, and the blades should be aligned with the adjacent areas of the two doughs. as the picture shows.

Flip the cut dough pieces over the dough.

Gently remove the small bowl and place it in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation.

Brush the fermented dough with a layer of egg water, and sprinkle a layer of black sesame or other on the triangular part.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. After the bread is colored, cover with tin foil and turn at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes

Just decorate the top with strawberries or other fruits.
