Crucian Carp Roasted Edamame

Wash the fish, add cooking wine, ginger, and salt

I don’t like to eat the outer layer of edamame, so I blanch the edamame in boiling water, then pour cold water to wash the edamame

Heat oil, add chili and ginger until fragrant, add fish, and fry on both sides

Pour in edamame, add water and almost no fish, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to a boil, then change to a low fire simmer
