Crucian Fish Soup

The crucian carp is slaughtered, the scales are removed, the black skin inside the belly is removed, and the black skin inside the belly is removed.

Wipe the pot with sliced ginger, add a little vegetable oil, and saute the sliced ginger.

Put the crucian carp and fry on both sides on low heat without breaking the fish.

After simmering for 40 minutes, add tofu cubes and simmer for 10 minutes with refined salt. Sprinkle in pepper (do not add it if you don't like), and the coriander can be served.
