Crucian Tofu Soup

Remove the scales and internal organs of the crucian carp to control the moisture.

Cut ginger into sections.
3.
Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides.

Pour the boiling water a finger or two higher than the crucian carp. If you want to drink more soup, add more water and add sliced ginger and green onion, simmering for 5.6 minutes on high heat and turning to medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Put in the tofu cubes, add a little refined salt and a little white pepper to boil for 5 minutes on high heat.

Sprinkle onion froth and serve on a serving plate.

Tips:
The oil in the fried fish must be less and the oil is too much. The soup is easy to be greasy
