Crucian Tofu Soup

Buy live crucian carp, eat and kill as you go.

Remove the scales and internal organs of the crucian carp, scrape off the black membrane in the abdomen, and wash it.

Fry the crucian carp and ginger slices in a hot pan with cold oil.

Pour clean water into the casserole and bring to a boil, and bring the crucian carp to a boil over high heat.
5.
Add the cooking wine to remove the fishy, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the soup is white.
6.
Bring the tofu to a boil, season with salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper.
7.
Sprinkle green onion to pot.
Tips:
Don’t fry the river crucian in the soup too old, otherwise the soup will not be thick.
