Crunchy Roasted Dumplings
1.
The ingredients are very simple, just a plate of frozen dumplings, no need to thaw.
2.
Make a bowl of oil and water mixture, the ratio of oil and water is 1:3, stir well, and then roll the dumplings in a bowl a few times.
3.
Shake off the dipped dumplings and place them in a frying basket. Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Too much water on the dumplings will stick to the basket and be easy to tear.
4.
Roll the dried dumplings in the bowl again a few times and dip them in water again.
5.
Turn over the dumplings that have been dipped in water again, and bake them again for 5-8 minutes.
Tips:
1. The dumplings do not need to be thawed in advance, the thawed dumplings are too soft to handle.
2. Dip the dumplings in water before roasting, so that the dumplings will not be too dry. And the oil-water mixture is more crispy than pure water.
3. The time and temperature are for reference only, please adjust according to your own machine. The same goes for an oven without an air fryer.
