I like to eat jelly, which is smooth and tender. It’s so enjoyable when I eat it in my mouth. It’s even more enjoyable to eat jelly with fresh mango particles. After making it, it is crystal clear, as if there are grains of mango in the crystal. It is very beautiful. I named it Crystal Mango Jelly.

1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces, put water in the pot, add sugar and isinglass powder, and mix well
