Crystal Wolfberry Rice Dumplings
1.
Sago ready
2.
Soak in water for about 10 minutes, watch the skin swell a little, and take it out.
3.
Just fish out and control the water a little.
4.
Buy the zongzi leaves a bit wider and make them easier to handle when wrapped. The leaves are best boiled in water and simmered to soften.
5.
Roll the zongzi leaves into a nest, put a piece of seaweed soaked in water or just leave it alone, and add sago.
6.
If you are a novice, don't put too many sago bags. It’s easier to pack less.
7.
Put a few medlars, and boil the wrapped rice dumplings for about 40 minutes, adding more water.
