I have cute treasures at home and I like all kinds of cute animated characters. I really need real kung fu to find ways to make my baby happy. The little bear mold of learning cooking really allows me to use my imagination without any effort

Ingredients

Cubs Flowing Heart Mousse

1. Prepare two pieces of cake, cut the cake into three pieces, and eliminate one piece

2. Diced mango flesh

3. Cut the gelatine slices into small pieces, let cool and soak in the boil, put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

4. Take 350 grams of diced mango and puree

5. Add powdered sugar

6. Add lemon juice, stir well, weigh 300 grams to make mousse paste, and use the rest as liquid

7. Put the gelatine tablets into a bowl with clean water and heat until it melts.

8. Pour the gelatin liquid into the mango puree and stir evenly

9. Whipped cream until thick

10. Pour the mango puree with gelatin liquid into the whipped cream and stir well

11. Spread a piece of cake under the bear mold and pour a portion of the mousse paste

12. Spread a layer of diced mango and pour part of the mousse paste

13. Cut out the middle of the cake slice and spread it on top

14. Pour the Liuxin, spread the diced mango, pour the remaining mousse and put it in the refrigerator overnight, after taking it out, draw the eyes, nose and mouth with chocolate

15. You can enjoy the cute bear mousse

Tips:

It’s best to cook in the evening and eat in the morning. The refrigeration time must be enough, otherwise the solidification will not be good.
