Cucumber

Remove both ends of the washed cucumber, and cut it horizontally and vertically. Be careful not to cut it, all with razor blades. Approximately 5mm left below

After cutting one side, turn over the cucumber 180 degrees, and then tilt the knife to 45 degrees, still cutting with the blade.

The cut cucumber can be pulled apart but not broken

Marinate the cut cucumber with salt for about 20 minutes

When pickling cucumbers, adjust a sauce: apple cider vinegar, chili oil, and sesame oil. You can also use white vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar, or use other fruit vinegar.

Pickled cucumbers, just pour the juice

Serve and enjoy.
Tips:
If you are afraid of cutting off, you can put a chopstick underneath.
