Cucumber and Bean Chips

Wash the bean slices, cucumber, and chives for later use

Shred the cucumber, blanch the beans in hot water, and shred

Put the cucumber shreds and bean shreds in the basin

Add salt, MSG and stir

Cut the chives and put them together

Add soy sauce
7.
Add small red peppers
8.
Put some sesame oil and stir evenly

Tips:
Put the bean slices in a hot water pot and blanch the water to get rid of the beany smell!
