Cucumber and Egg Soup

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into cucumber slices.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well.

Prepare some chives leaves and cut into chopped green onions.

Pour the oil in the wok to heat up, lay the egg liquid and stir fry until cooked.

Pour in a large bowl of water and boil.

Add cucumber slices and boil.
