Cucumber and Enoki Mushroom

Remove the enoki mushroom and let cool. Shred the cucumber, add a spoonful of salt and mix well, let it stand for 10 minutes and drain the water.

Put the enoki mushroom and cucumber together, add sugar, vinegar, and tempeh sauce and mix well.

Add sesame seeds and sesame oil to enhance fragrance.

After marinating for 30 minutes, it can be eaten.
