Cucumber Bean Curd with Cilantro

Prepare ingredients, wash cucumber and coriander with salted water.

Cut cucumber and dried tofu into shreds.
3.
Cut the coriander into sections, with any length.
4.
Put the cut vegetables into a larger bowl.
5.
Add the remaining 2 grams of salt, chicken essence, flavour, vinegar and sesame oil and mix well.
6.
Served dishes.
Tips:
Because of the cold dishes, the coriander and cucumber should be washed with brine.
