Melon is now a seasonal ingredient. It can be eaten as a melon or as a vegetable. In this season, a cucumber every day is a favorite of everyone at my table. There was a fried dough stick left in the morning, and it was served with cucumber at noon. I didn’t expect it to be very popular. The cucumber is crisp and sweet, and the dough stick is crispy. The unexpected combination of the two tastes can also become a spring table. A small refreshing cold dish!

Cucumber Fritters with Sesame Sauce

1.

2. Wash the cucumber with a knife and cut into small pieces, add minced garlic, and salt for 10 minutes.

3. Fry the dough sticks in a pan over medium-low heat until crispy.

4. Then tear it into small pieces for later use.

5. Take a small bowl and add sesame sauce, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and water, mix well and make a sauce for later use.

6. The pickled cucumbers are squeezed out of water, and then put in fritters.

7. Pour the sesame sauce on top and mix well.

Tips:

Fry the dough sticks slightly until they are crispy and taste better. The pickled cucumbers must be squeezed out of water and mixed evenly with the fried dough sticks without affecting the taste of the fried dough sticks.
