Cucumber Guacamole Rolled Shrimp
1.
Add salt, black pepper, minced garlic, red pepper powder and a small amount of lemon juice to the prawns, and marinate for a while.
You can also add a little minced ginger, I didn’t put it without ginger at the time~
If it is shell shrimp, it is recommended to peel it~
2.
Cut the avocado into small pieces and put them in a bowl
3.
Season the avocado with salt, black pepper, mashed garlic, and red pepper powder, add some lemon juice to prevent oxidation, and press into a puree with a fork.
4.
Bring a pot to medium heat and add a spoonful of olive oil. Add some sugar to taste when the shrimp changes color~
Fry the shrimp until red. It takes about 4-5 minutes. Sheng out and spare.
In other words, it’s as economical as I am. I pour the fried shrimp oil into the guacamole and mix it to enhance the flavor~
5.
Use a paring knife to cut the cucumber into 8 long strips
It is recommended to use cucumber strips with fewer seeds to reflect the crispy taste of cucumbers. When there are too many seeds in the middle, you can start cutting in another direction.
6.
Keep guacamole and fried shrimps on hand.
Ready to start rolling haha~
7.
Take a cucumber strip, spread guacamole, and put shrimp on one end. Make sure that the shrimp tails exceed the width of the cucumber slices. Put more guacamole on the end of the shrimp.
I put too much guacamole in the picture, except for the top, a thin layer on other places is fine. Putting too much will actually affect the taste.
8.
Volume volume~The volume is complete~~
9.
The beautiful cucumber and guacamole roll with shrimp is complete~
Finally, you can grind some lime zest and lemon slices, sprinkle some sweet pepper powder for decoration~
Tips:
The seasoning is based on your own feelings, you can also use it according to your taste~
For example, if you don't have red pepper powder, you can leave it alone.
The shrimp can also be stir-fried with cumin and peppercorns (but I haven't tried it here, it is a combination in another recipe (), the shrimp tastes very flavorful, it is worth a try)
If you don’t like the taste of raw garlic, you can replace it with chives, it should be fine~
Oh, and, in fact, this recipe has many variations. Those who don’t like avocado can use Thousand Island sauce, mayonnaise, Thai sweet and sour sauce and all kinds of sauces that you think are delicious with shrimps~
