Cucumber Ham Egg Soup

Cut cucumber into strips, slice ham, heat a little oil in a pan, add shrimp skins and stir fry a few times

Add cucumber strips and ham slices and stir-fry evenly

Just add water to cover the cucumber, cover and boil

In the meantime, beat an egg and stir well
