It’s getting hot and I suddenly wanted to eat cold noodles with jelly. I bought some jelly and cooked it at home.

Cucumber Jelly

1. Prepare cucumbers.

2. Prepare the jelly

3. Prepare ginger, garlic, green onions and coriander.

4. Cut all into a bowl, add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, chili oil, sesame oil, etc. and mix thoroughly.
