Cucumber Loach Soup

Buy the loach and raise it for two days, and rinse it off with clean water. Wash the chives and cut into sections for later use

Wash cucumber, peeled and sliced

Fry the loach on a low fire and a little oil until slightly yellow. Turn to high heat, add the chives and stir fragrant, then add the sliced cucumber and stir fry.

After the cucumber is fried, add a large bowl of boiled water and cook for ten minutes on high heat

After cooking, add chopped green onion, add a little chicken essence (you don't need to put it, the loach itself is delicious), turn off the heat and start the pot!
