Loach Tofu Soup

Put the loach in a plastic bag, tie up the mouth, set aside a small mouth and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt into it

Loach stopped moving after two or three minutes

Wash off the mucus on the outside with water, cut open the abdomen with scissors, take out the internal organs, and then rinse

Cut the tofu into 2 cm pieces, wash the green onion and ginger and slice it. Put a little vegetable oil in a hot pan, add the green onion and sliced ginger, and stir fragrant.

Add the loach and fry until fragrant, cook with cooking wine, and add tofu

Then add water, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour after high heat, add pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt to taste, and pour in sesame oil.
