Original Loach Soup

Salt and marinate for half an hour

Clean the loach, peel the ginger, wash and slice it

Pour oil in a hot pan and bring to a boil, add ginger slices and stir fragrant

Fry the loach for a while

Tips:
When salting the loach, use a deeper bucket to prevent the loach from popping out.
