Cucumber Meatball Tower
1.
Prepare the ingredients, wash the cucumber and spring onion, chop pork belly and carrot into puree, soak the wolfberry in water and set aside.
2.
Cut the cucumber into 0.3cm-long sections and place them in the middle of the dish, then cut the 0.22cm-long sections around the 0.3-cm section, and cut the outermost layer into 0.15cm. Place like a pyramid! Low outside and high inside! (Pictured) "If there is a knife to pierce the zigzag pattern of the cucumber, it will look better"
3.
Use a spoon to make a circle around the cucumber to remove the center of the half circle!
4.
Poke each cucumber a few times with a toothpick, sprinkle with salt evenly and set aside! (The purpose of piercing cucumbers is to make cucumbers more delicious). Put the prepared meat puree into an egg white, appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, a little pepper, and chicken essence to season and stir well!
5.
Drain the cucumber, squeeze the meat puree into meatballs with your hands, and fill them on the cucumber!
6.
When the steamer is hot, put the cucumber into the pot, put on the green onions, steam for 6 minutes, and then take it out of the pot! Remove the green onion, pour the soup in the dish into a bowl and set aside. Put the meatballs on the soaked wolfberry and garnish!
7.
Put a small amount of oil in the pot, pour the soup in the bowl, add salt and chicken essence to taste, and the water is not enough.
8.
Pour evenly on the meatballs and serve!
