1. Prepared materials. Wash the jellyfish head and soak overnight.
2. The temperature of the water in the pot is 50% to 60%. Boil the jellyfish head immediately and put it in cold water.
3. Boil the black fungus in the pot for about 1 minute.
4. Mix the jellyfish head, cucumber and black fungus together and add rice vinegar.
5. Pour in Maggi umami sauce.
6. Add sugar.
7. Pour in sesame oil.
8. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and mix well.
