Cucumber Mixed Pig Ears

Peel the cucumber, wash and shred, and place it on the bottom of the plate.

Cut the pig's ears diagonally into thin slices and place them on top of the cucumber shreds.
3.
Wash the coriander and cut into minced pieces on top of the pig's ears.
4.
Mix all the ingredients to make a sauce.
5.
Pour the mixed juice on the coriander and mix well when eating.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, put some spicy oil in the sauce
