Cucumber Mixed with Bean Curd
1.
Prepare cucumber and bean curd
2.
Put the bean curd in a container and soak it in boiling water for a while
3.
Cucumber slices (or sliced into slices), add a small amount of salt and a small amount of sugar to marinate for a while
4.
Take out the soaked bean curd, put it in cold water, cut into small pieces, and pat the garlic into minced garlic.
5.
Mix the cucumber with your hands and control the moisture, add the bean skin and minced garlic, stir well, and control the moisture again.
6.
Prepare an empty bowl, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, a small amount of cold water (can be ignored), and mix well. Put the mixed cucumber and bean skins on the plate, and then pour the mixed juice on to finish.
Tips:
Sesame oil can be added according to your own taste, but if you add too much it will make it greasy. I personally like it lighter.
If you like spicy food, you can replace the sesame oil with rapeseed oil. Heat up the rapeseed oil and add some chopped chili peppers.
