Cucumber Mixed with Enoki Mushrooms

Prepare all the ingredients.

This is my blanched enoki mushroom. I didn’t take pictures because I had to do it quickly. I was too busy to boil a few drops of salad oil in the pot so that the enoki mushroom was smooth and crisp. Put in cold boiled water.

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, add the seasonings, pour the burned pepper oil on top, and stir evenly.

Just serve it and eat it.
