Cucumber Pancakes

1 cucumber, 2 millet peppers, moderate ginger.

Rub cucumber into thin strips, mince ginger and millet pepper.

2 tablespoons of flour, and one egg.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir to make a slightly thick batter.

Stir in appropriate amount of pepper powder and salt.

A suitable amount of oil in a non-stick pan, and then pour in the batter.
