Cucumber Pickles

Cut the cucumber into eight pieces, remove the seeds and capsules;

Place it in a large fence to air-dry or sun-dry as shown in the picture;

Put it in a clean bottle;

Put 1/3 pot of water in the pot, turn on high heat, put 1 tablespoon of Chinese pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 star anise, 1 teaspoon of star anise seeds, add salt to the water to be completely dissolved and saturated, boil for 15 minutes to cool;

After cooling, pour it into a bottle with cucumbers and fill it with more water;

Soak for about 3-5 days, pour out the water and take out the cucumbers;

Cucumber diced, boil over medium heat, heat the pot and add oil, add 1 tablespoon of chili shavings, and sauté;

Pour in cucumber, add 1/3 teaspoon of sugar, taste, spread evenly and enjoy.
Tips:
Soaking cucumbers to make porridge with side dishes is really good, both fragrant and refreshing.
