Cucumber Roll

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and wet starch, mix well, and fry into egg skins.

Cut the cucumber into strips with a melon planer, then place it on the egg and cut the egg skin into the same pieces. Roll up the joint and apply the egg mixture. Fry it in the pan, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Set a plate, drizzle with gorgon juice, and finish.
