Cucumber Salad

Wash the cucumbers.

Cut into strips and put in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to marinate for 10 minutes.

Mince garlic.

Place the pickled cucumbers on a plate and sprinkle with minced garlic.

Heat oil in a dry pan, add dried chili shell shreds and pepper and saute until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Pour the oil on the cucumber while it is hot.
