Cucumber Salad

                                Wash the cucumbers.

                                Cut into strips and put in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to marinate for 10 minutes.

                                Mince garlic.

                                Place the pickled cucumbers on a plate and sprinkle with minced garlic.
