Cucumber Salad

Use the slicer of the chef's machine to cut the washed cucumber into long slices along the direction of the whole root.

After the chicken is blanched in boiling water, it is cooked in hot water, let cool and torn into silk, add a tablespoon of salad dressing, a little salt and black pepper and mix well. Shred purple cabbage and carrots.

Spread the mixed chicken shreds on top of the cucumber slices and add shredded cabbage, carrots and bitter chrysanthemum.
