Cucumber Salad

Please ignore my knife and go to the end of the cucumber

Cut the cucumber into what you like. You can also smash it or cut it into small pieces like me. Half three

Shred the chili and ginger, smash the garlic

Mix together

It’s my own chili sauce [please see my other recipe] + soy sauce + aged vinegar + sesame oil + MSG + chicken essence blend together

Pour down and stir evenly, occasionally turning over and marinate for half an hour
7.
Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on the plate.
Tips:
It tastes more delicious when marinated for half an hour
