Cucumber Salad with Daylily

The cucumber is smashed and cut into pieces with a hob.

Wash the day lily and soak it in clean water.

Boil water in a pot and add day lily to a boil.

Drain the cooked day lily with cold boiled water or mineral water for later use.

Wash the houttuynia cordata and cut it into 3cm-long sections, put them in a large bowl with cucumbers, and sprinkle them with salt.

Add hot sauce and some vinegar.
7.
Put the drained day lily in.
8.
After stirring well, let it stand for about 10 minutes for full flavor.
9.
After tasting, serve on a plate and enjoy!
